Billions in development aid: What are the results?
Despite the enormous amount of financial resources to help in the past years, many countries are increasingly suffering with poverty, disease, hunger and human rights violations. What are we doing wrong?
1) What is the effectiveness of development assistance today? How can we improve quality?
2) If the donor countries to take a decision on how to spend money in recipient countries? How can that be better mobilization of domestic financial resources in developing countries?
3) What are the sources of innovative financing for development? If these sources to replace official development assistance?
