Baldwin Spencer, Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda [the ruling party's ruling]



The Honourable Baldwin Spencer was born on October 8, 1948. He attended the Greenbay Primary School Princess Margaret Secondary. He is married and has a son and a daughter. Mr. Spencer has the following qualifications:
- Diploma in Social Leadership and the International Institute Coady, Canada
- Diploma in Labour and Economic Studies, Ruskin College, Oxford University
- Increase in employment and industrial relations systems, University of Oslo, Norway.

Mr. Spencer is a union / professional politician. He has held positions as follows:
1 Deputy President of the Antigua and Barbuda Workers'
Secretary-General of the Federation of Workers of Antigua and Barbuda.
President of the International Maritime Organization and the Council of Caribbean aviation.
Parliamentary representative for the ride from St. John's Rural West
Political leader of the Progressive States
Leader of the Opposition in the House of Representatives.

Mr. Spencer assiatance invaluable to churches, community groups and other voluntary organizations concerned with issues of social and economic development. Involvement as follows:
