New York is an important station in the way of the east coast migratory. More than 355 species of birds living in the Big Apple to take refuge here during the migration. And the wounding of many of these birds by shrapnel in the buildings that have spread along the ancient migration routes, and other attacks by cats, cars, and the intervention of man.
But New York is the only major city in the United States who had not a rehabilitation center for wildlife.

Future Vision
In 2010, and wild birds Fund aims to increase by 50% of its capacity to treat the wounded bird through the transfer of its principal place of animals and educational institution dedicated to New York. To become a state-of-the art facilities, we need volunteers and additional specialized equipment: incubators, a group of water birds, cages trip, etc..
The donation will be tax deductible for the Fund of wild birds will not only help thousands of birds and animals infected, and will give you the satisfaction the strengthening of our precious nature - wildlife in New York.
