Association of Industries in the values ââand ethical standards essential to which we are members of the Board of Directors, staff and users and placed in the daily practice in what we all know that "the way of the Association. And any visitor to our facilities we see concrete examples of the principles of the posters Association all the way inspiring each building.

As part of the ethical practices of the Commonwealth Industries, Inc. Board of Directors and Management Industries Association, and is committed to maintain compliance with the rules applicable to all federal, state and local communities. These include:
1. Missouri, DESE Division of Career sheltered workshops of the Authority.
2. U.S. Department of Labor, Division of wages, working hours and a special certificate.
Missouri Secretary of State, and a certificate of good standing.
3. Disability Services of Jackson County - EITAS, the affirmative action program.
4. Disability Services of Jackson County - EITAS, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
Is also committed to the Association of Industries, Inc. for the operation of a secure facility, in compliance with all regulations applicable OSHA.
Industries Association, Inc. for the adoption of codes of conduct in the following areas:
1. - Business and practices "above reproach" in all respects, including but not limited to, purchasing, bidding and payment of wages. That the tender must include all applicable fees according to the level of work in the studio at some point. You must purchase on the basis of "less than best price", regardless of any "gifts" from any vendor. And payment of wages should reflect the prevailing wage.
2. Marketing - all marketing efforts should reflect the dignity of work for our employees and not to rely on staff disabling conditions. Must reflect the marketing and ethical business practices.
3. Service delivery - all persons who receive services from the Association of Industries, Inc. is a respect for the dignity of each employee in any company. Must be guaranteed all the rights of workers and the right to privacy by all staff and Board of Directors of the company.
4. Professional responsibility - everyone associated Industries Association, and the company must act professionally at all times. This includes behavior towards staff, and behavior toward the public and the behavior toward customers.
5. Human Resources - all staff working with industry association, company seeks to protect the privacy of all individuals served by the company.
